The American Society of Personal Trainers (ASPT) provides the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" as a public service.

Your use of the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" is subject to a License and Terms of Use Agreement. You may review this agreement by clicking above on the "Entire Agreement". Please read this entire agreement carefully. If you accept this agreement, then click on the "Accept" button below. If you do not accept this agreement, then click on the "Do Not Accept" button below. By clicking on the "Accept" button below you are agreeing to this agreement which is legally binding between the ASPT and you.

You may use the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status": (a) for your personal use to obtain information about a trainer or trainerss from whom you intend to obtain services; (b) if you are a person involved in credentialing, to expedite immediate access to information about a trainer you are evaluating, provided that you have been authorized by such trainer to obtain such information; or (c) if you are a trainer, for you or your staff to see the information about you or a colleague to whom you intend to refer a client, or for any other purpose of a professional nature. Any other use of the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" is strictly prohibited and may be a violation of state and/or federal law. The ASPT will seek the enforcement of any and all of its rights.

It is your responsibility to determine if the information you obtain about a trainer through your use of the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" is the information about the trainer for whom you are searching. For example, you may inadvertently obtain information about a trainer, who has a name similar to the name of the trainer for whom you are searching, but who is not such trainer. In such case, the information you obtain would not be applicable to the trainer for whom you are searching.

The ASPT makes an effort to update the records of trainers in the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" at least once every six months. Due to the possibility of clerical errors and the fact that changes in any trainer's status with the American Society of Personal Trainers may have changed since the last update, the completeness and accuracy of any trainer's status cannot be guaranteed. We will not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any action taken or any decision made by you or any other person or entity in reliance on any information you or any other person or entity obtains from the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" service.

You agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the ASPT and any related persons, organizations or entities from and/or against any and all liability of any type arising out of your use of the ASPT's "Search Trainer's Status" service.
